Grade School

Requirements for Admission to Grade School (Gr. 1 to 6)

  1. Applicant in grade one (1) should be at least six (6) years old at the time of enrollment. Applicant must submit their original card in pre-school.

  2. Applicant from grades one (1) to six (6) should finish furnish the school with their current report cards with the latest grading markings and duly signed by the principal.

  3. The grades in the academic subjects and deportment must not be lower than 80%.

  4. Applicant should also submit a Certificate of Good Moral Character and Recommendation Letter for the principal or guidance counselor. Accomplish and submit an Appraisal Form.

  5. The school should be furnished with the following:

    • Photocopy of the Birth Certificate

    • Three (3) pieces colored ID pictures

    • Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR foreign students only)

  6. Student applicant should obtain a satisfactory grade in both the written and reading comprehension tests as well as interviews given by the school.

  7. Parents interview by either the principal or guidance counselor.

  8. The school reserves the right to require student applicants to attend the summer enrichment class prior to final admission.
